01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Our Services

Kestrova Media provides marketing services to contractors, including but not limited to lead generation systems, Facebook and Instagram advertising, website design and development, landing page creation, and lead capture and follow-up systems. The specific services provided to any client are defined in a separate written service agreement between Kestrova Media and that client. These Terms govern your general use of the website; the service agreement governs the actual engagement.

03 Strategy Call Requests and Form Submissions

When you submit information through our website (including the "Request a Strategy Call" form), you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you or your business. Submitting a form is a request for us to contact you and does not create a binding contract for services. We reserve the right to review submissions and decline to engage with any prospective client for any lawful reason.

04 SMS/Text Message Communications

Our strategy-call form offers two separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes. You may consent to either category, both categories, or neither. SMS consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchase or of submitting the strategy-call form.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to or receive SMS/text messages from Kestrova Media (KESTROVA LLC).

Marketing SMS. If you check the marketing SMS box, you consent to receive marketing text messages from Kestrova Media (KESTROVA LLC) regarding our services, offers, promotions, and marketing or service updates.

Non-Marketing SMS. If you check the non-marketing SMS box, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Kestrova Media (KESTROVA LLC) regarding your strategy-call request, scheduling, follow-up questions, appointment confirmations, and reminders.

For both categories: Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

05 Intellectual Property

All content on kestrovamedia.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Kestrova Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
